3rd of April 2025 was a full day of events at Renaissance Art Gallery for the launch of RENAISSANCE Magnolia scarf by Maria Costake in order to celebrate 18 years of my daughters birthday and 18 years since the Magnolia Tree was planted in the garden of our former home, now the Renaissance Art Gallery Romania located in a suburb of Bucharest – Pipera Voluntari, an ex pat and romanian community build around a few reputable international schools and the Baneasa Forest.
We celebrated also the ending of Maria Costake solo botanical art exhibition ‘Femininity Garden- a Renaissance Garden’ which had its opening last year in June 2024 !
Both of our two events organized at Renaissance Art Gallery on the occasion of the launch of the second RENAISSANCE scarf by Maria Costake, the Magnolia RENAISSANCE Silk scarf were a success.
Thank you for all my friends and clients who made time in their schedule to attend and also who gave their energy to BE there and immerse fully into the event!

The demonstration consisted of 3 arrangements and was accompanied by amazing stories told by both Andreea Georgescu and her husband Șerban Georgescu- the Director of Japanese studies center at Universitatea Româno-Americană in Bucharest, Romania.
The 3 arrangements were made in 3 different vases ( 2 ceramics and one tsubo) and Mr. Georgescu mentioned the importance of the vase for the succes of an #ikebana and that at the MNAR Muzeul National de Arta opening of Asian pavilion Andreea used for an ikebana demonstration a vase borrowed for the event from the renowned romanian ceramic artist Sandra Berghianu.
